alright guys, after so long im finally posting my pics. this is my lat spread pose taken by terry gallyot himself. lol. his hands abit shaky haha!

i understand i still have lots of work to be done especially those lagging parts and pls pardon me in my workoing out pajamas. lol. criticism is definitely welcomed!

p/s: waist is still 36 here. im about 6 feet tall. holding alot of fat at the gut. lol. in my cutting stage now.

lol. yea. low insertion. my back has always been my lagging part. so, with some guidance from my fellow gym mate and terry, i managed to bring it up abit la.

lol. where did i get that? i dunno la. lol. but i do almost all the back workouts. every week different workout. i never do same exercise as the previous week. btw, rows. rows are very important, close grip and wide grip in my opinion.
