yeah, well, from what ive learnt from the guys at my gym, is, back is an extremely big muscle. you gotta really whack that fellar. back workouts should be done really heavy, reps range bout 8-10 and get more rests between each intense sets for the muscle to recuperate.

dude, no need to bulking anymore la lol. burn off all the fat first, then start bulking cleanly. then it will look better.

Actually i call it bulking but i am more interested in strength gains,as i know that I'll lose some of it during cutting!
I don't want to end up with a nice body but no strength!
