currently i m doing chin up, narrow grip seated cable row, deadlift for back.... is tat good enuf??

hmmm. can also but maybe try to vary them out with barbell rows, close grip and wide grip, lat pulldown, hyperextension. hmmmm. yeah, that should do it.

Keep it up for 3 or more week with intense training than you loss lots of muscle and also strength
