anyone use streamyx at Seremban? I facing frequency disconnect in 2 weeks, call hotline helpdesk to make report also 2 weeks already, wrote formal letter instant to Manager last Thursday also no respond.
furthermore this is my 4th reports in 2 months about frequency disconnection, fix and back problem again. telekom technician fixed internal and external wiring several times, now my router show that my SNR Margin get 15 (its a good line connection), still get disconnection.
one of time, they sent a really useless technician, he came to my house, then use his own modem, plugin with my telephone line, he check DSL light is 'ON', then say 'line kamu tak ade masalah', that time I really 'vomit blood'

, I explain to him 'Ya, memang ON, tapi selalu putus-putus', then he say 'ini nak tanya Mr.XXX, dia expert, saya hanya tau baiki telephone'.
sadly Negeri Sembilan only have one technician who can assume OK and network measure device (can measure SNR margin etc like router, but more detail).
here provide some knowledge about how to get a good connection, this is what I get in 2 month. I can download reach to 170K~200K, although i apply 1M only. this is depend your SNR margin.
1. your SNR Margin (downstream) should above 12
2. while SNR Margin (downstream) is below 7, you are in frequency disconnection mode.
3. How to get SNR Margin (downstream) above 12
(i) your external and internal wiring (tel line) must good condition.
(ii) Data Rate (Synchronize Rate for downstream) low = SNR Margin (downstream) up. this is what I discover, while DataRate(downstream) is above 3000K, i get SNR Margin value 6, I suffer disconnection. I force them to low down below 2000K, then I can get 14 something SNR, and enjoy really fast speed and stable.
at last, i need to say, god damn bloody hell TMNut, I show gentle and polite to report my problem in this 4 months, my patient had reach to limit, TMNut's service and quality really god damn fcuking bad.
