Same here. I had trouble with the modem light blinking for about three weeks. Sometimes got connection, sometimes I was without connection for 3 whole days. Tired already from calling the customer service. All same answer.

But now, I don't have that problem anymore. But the speed is freaking slow! Better have dial up than this. Ugh.

So you only changed the phone line is it? How much shorter? I think I need to try this. So slow arr.

Loading takes like forever. But downloading from rapidshare is fast. Hmmm.

I think he/she meant that they called telekom to fix the lines 3 times.
