Same problem here, just got this problem yesterday.
For me the problem is, something wrong with the "DL" but "UL" still works normally.

I noticed this as I'm downloading bt and suddenly the DL speed dropped to 0. Cannot surf any website (load 999999sec+) but Uploading still working like normally.
