Yep its confirmed. I wanted to download a 280MB file on my home line, download speeds of only 8.8kb/s. Wow, thats seems abit far off from my expected 80% speed on 1.5Mbps line. Went to a cyber cafe and its the same. Whats up with TMNUT this time? Some unknown ship crashed into their undersea line? Or worse, an UFO crashed into their exchange station.

Here is my rant, real bugger. Its been like this for around a week.

Description :

Browsing to Google.com takes 30 sec, sometimes timeout at 20+ secs. Local sites still looking good. Not good on global sites. Tested with Rapidshare downloads (5567Bytes per sec, no exaggaration)

SpeedTest.Net shows green, almost 80%~ of my line speed (1.5Mbps). But browsing is still slow as hell.
