The problem is still here even today. What is wrong? Anyone got any clue or idea?

Just called and what's interesting is that I can't still load some websites.

I have the same problem with you. This leaves me no choice but to use a proxy to access those websites. I already send email to their customer support team, hopefully they can do something about this. This morning already called them but they speak so soft, can't hear them at all.

That's very near. I stay at old klang road.

Are you guys able to surf to local websites such as Maybank? Weird thing is for me, certain IPs can only surf certain websites. Do you guys experience the same thing?

Just lodge a report with them. Hopefully got my line fix by 2-3 days.

At least you can still load those websites. For me, I'm receiving timeout for most of the international websites.

Yeah no problem accessing the website either. If you have problem, why don't you try using oumind's singapore proxy? It's posted in the service noticeboard forum
