it seems like only certain websites can be loaded at normal speed, and some just don't load at all. and my msn sometimes dc, sometimes can't even login. online game ping is ok.

I can't believe streamarse is still so slow at this time... I reformatted my HD and reinstalled my windows. now I can't even update anything from microsoft!!!!!
