I have place a complain report. I could not access to certain common website on & off. Such as MSN, Googlemail, Wikipedia, Facebook & www.tm.net.my (what a joke!). Not to mention my company webmail.

I have this problem for 1 week. Call tmnet customer service 4 times. I am so mad because I have been so patient & polite, the problem just won't work out. I didn't give the customer service hard time cuz everytime I called, different person is working on my case (Gosh!).

Anyway, got an answer today from one of the CS. Today they detected there is hardware issue with Kuchai Lama (KL) server. They are working on to fix & should be up by tomorrow blah blah blah... Rest assure I'm going to taruh them gau gau if they fail me again tomorrow.
