My SNR margin is normal the problem was only international routing all phone lines and DSLAM sync was okay

50kb/sec to 60 kb/sec now on 4 Mbit download speed from 500 kb/sec reduced to 150kb/sec

Yeah, tm net ppl called me said their technician have fixed the line (I guess they did) .. my download speed has gone back to 1Mb (instead of the 200-400 Kbps) .. there's still time out but at least the latency is better than yesterday.

Will monitor more

i been having dsl light on and off every night for 1week and i called them everyday and now i use speedtest tried ping malaysia and i only got 500kbps download and 200kbps upload for 1.5mbps package and if i ping to los angelos i got 200kbps download and 100 kbps upload

everytime i call them, they pushing their job to other and even told me not their job and now i had to wait again

u will see the normal white box which is similar to the splitter. open it you will find the 2 telekom wire, in my case the wire is black and the copper is kinda stiff. i just took a metal (like a key) and shorted between them. to my suprise the SNR from 4-5 jumped to 31 and my data rate from as low as 32kbps resumed back to 1536 (512 kbps package).

instead of reset/on/off my adsl modem, i found out that short circuited the 2 telekom wire worked better 

as long as u can see the 2 copper wire of telekom line u can shorted it. the best at the box. its the same size like your splitter but only 1 RJ11 socket only. open the clips u will see black (in my case) telekom wire with its stiff copper. try to short it with metal object. i think somehow i manage to reset the DSLAM      not sure though..

be sure u disconnect the modem line or otherwise u might short circuit ur own ADSL by accident. which i assume bad...

the splitter might not be faulty but the internal resistance in that splitter might degrade some performance. using shortest cable as possible might help abit.

Very fast speed on 124.* range rite now :-)

Do not know how accurate this will be. My downloads suffer and fluctuate like there's no tomorrow. Even when I ran a test on SpeedTest.net with KL as my location, the ping was about 130 ms. What the fish!

Guess I'm not the only one (thought they throttle my DL speed). Which area are you? I'm from Cheras and it's bad-ass here....

Ip 214.* very slows now wanna reconnect to change to ip range but at this item it will stuck at 60.48.*
