Looks like i'm not the one experiencing the problem.Some sites are able to go in and BT works pretty well but funny is that some sites hangs and freeze.Websites like TMnut sh!tdamneeter cant even load properly and www.tm.net.my sometimes load up pretty fast but sometimes juz hang. I made a report like 3 days ago and the technicians didnt even return any call which they promised. So i guess they knew the problem but yet they juz dismiss any complains with the usual dumb troubleshoot questions again. I wonder why those operators just cant bring out the problem and always resolve to troubleshoots. It waste of time and dumb.

I think its time we shud act against the company. The best way is to actually call for a rebate. For how many days u dont get ur connection speed, demand a rebate for it. Someone suggest a free way to dial into streamyx techline without paying a single cent. I know there is a way to do it. Juz feed the operators with whatever troubleshoot answers they want(since we arent payin any $). Remember to demand a rebate. The company will lose $ if everyone were to do the same. Make the company pay for their own mistakes instead of us. Tell ur friends or whoever u know. Better then ranting, bashin in forums and screaming in the phone, join the fight against tmnut's poor services.
