I mean by, I am waiting in line like everybody else minding my own buisness. Then there is a group of old lady from china from far talking so loud that they thing their grandfatheer house. Then they just cut infront of anyone they like. Thats still ok When it was in the plane. You are just about to sit on that seat, putting your luggage on the over-head compartment. The old auntie just throw her bag from 3 seats away and shouted, thats my seat in mandarin. Do you feel pissed off? The food on airasia is good. Its the only food that i like for that kind of seating Business class satay is nice on MAS. The bed too. Only went once on Business class when was in US-KL The captain upgraded us because it was my dad's friend and my dad helped him durign his childhood. Economy? Worst than those roadside food. Taste like heated food that is keep for 4 days

i have just recently got my macau flight cancelled and they gave me a free change of time/date. i chose a day earlier to go at 630am flight(means by 430 must reach lcct....-.-"), gotta forfeit FIR concert also(free tixs for this tho).
i am pleased with their initiative to give the free change(in which it's their reponsiblity to do so) but the process of getting it done frustrates me most! it took me 3 1/2 hours to finally get my flight changed after numerous calls and waiting! i gotta wait 20 mins to be attended to and they will put me on hold for another 10 mins...and in the midst of that the line will be cut off. i dunno what's wrong with the line coz normally even when i yak for 2-3 hours nonstop with my girlfriends, this won't happen.
so far, i have yet to experience anything bad with AA except for this...most of the time it will be the 'customers' that i encounter problems with -.-"

QUOTE(kevlarlim @ Nov 20 2008, 12:51 PM) As a budget traveler, I might not have been able to go to places like Bali, Jakarta, Singapore and Hanoi (best trip of my life) with my gf of 8 yrs (now fiancee if not for Airasia. We have been together since high school and both of us are not that well off. We have plenty of memories and airasia has played a big part of our journey together. We cant really afford to go far from our dear Malaysia (small currency) but air asia makes the nearby countries reachable. Sure we had some delays and all but we pay like that we get like that. I'm ok with that. I think AirAsia is great in catering to the Msians and taking what we want into account. They also allow us to express ourselves and let them know how we feel, like thru the blog we can write our experiences. Why dont we start giving suggestions here be it good or bad…as airasia have always looked out for us i think. I would like to give a chance for those whose life has been enhanced by their existence. this is very true... i'm studying in labuan and my hometown is in kedah... if not because of airasia, i don't think we can afford to go back for every semester break... what's more for CNY holiday which is only 1 week... flying with MAS will certainly burn a hole in our pocket... though i think they still have lots of things to improve in their customer service, overall i still like airasia... will be flying back home this sunday again with airasia... haha!!!

although Air Asia was voted as the best budget airline in Asia but however the feedback was not good, but however that is what it is all about...giving cheaper flights at the expense of the customer enjoyment and satisfaction...but however in this competitive business world doing that might hurt their reputation....as customer might not mind paying few hundreds extra for a better service and punctual flight...especially long haul flight Air Asia had just introduced the London Flight....it would be wise strategy to make sure that their flights provide comfort to passengers....that is the most basic thing passenger look for in long haul flight, if Air Asia failed to provide it, they might sooner or later lose out to MAS...

2-4-2 is a seating plan. 2 seat at the window, 4 seat at the center.

Just wondering.. is AAX free seating as well? What about those who didn't select their seats when they book their tickets? Wouldn't it be hassle for them to move around and ask? Or they'll be given the seats number when they check in?

I think there are 2 options, one is ofcourse the traditional air asia way, which is free seating and second is you pay for extra rm25 (one way) to so that you can select your own seat!
