although Air Asia was voted as the best budget airline in Asia but however the feedback was not good, but however that is what it is all about...giving cheaper flights at the expense of the customer enjoyment and satisfaction...but however in this competitive business world doing that might hurt their reputation....as customer might not mind paying few hundreds extra for a better service and punctual flight...especially long haul flight

Air Asia had just introduced the London Flight....it would be wise strategy to make sure that their flights provide comfort to passengers....that is the most basic thing passenger look for in long haul flight, if Air Asia failed to provide it, they might sooner or later lose out to MAS...
