LOL
AA and MAS flex ticket system keep changing by seconds/minutes...it depends on the availability of the allocated seats...
first come first serve...and bear in my mind, as when you're checking the tickets ,hundreds of other people also buying the tickets at the same time

If you booked many times b4 u should hv know how it's works as others mentioned.....For eg..Last year I was booking my last minute flight to Bangkok (Biz trip). Within minutes of booking, my colleague also tried booking the same time & flight...and the price totally diff from what I'm getting an additional RM50 from my flight ticket...Normal-lah. biggrin.gif

no la, i think the problem will be fixed very soon. remember Tony did explain the problem of their call centre response time? this is the letter if you didn't read it before...
Attached Image
he has told that their call centre performance will be improved to 90% by 6 Nov, i think they are just having some difficulties now but i believe it will be fixed very soon. Tony is really care for his customers as he could respond personally to all these complaints. and he always appreciate comments one. so i think we should give credit to him on this. if any problems, just leave a message in his blog or call him directly at 017-2759665 lah, I believe he will do better for us nod.gif

the worst thing i found is the "first come first serve" on seats..all the ppl like never see plane running to get into the plane first..then one ppl reserve 3 seats..my mum and i sometimes hav to sit seperately..about the delay thing, out of 10 times i met 7-8 times of delay..very common..from half and hour to few hours...

don't think there would be any show in the plane as eventually we're talking about budget airlines.
It would incur cost to them if they are to buy movie showing rights.
Let others who flew before confirm.

If you don't want to sit separately and want cheap flight, just buy express boarding. Airasia provided all necessary treatment for people who need that for just extra a few ringgit. I dunno why people have so high expectation towards this airline company. I travel to Kedah 2 times every week but nothing to shout about their weakness.

As a budget traveler, I might not have been able to go to places like Bali, Jakarta, Singapore and Hanoi (best trip of my life) with my gf of 8 yrs (now fiancee smile.gif if not for Airasia. We have been together since high school and both of us are not that well off. We have plenty of memories and airasia has played a big part of our journey together. We cant really afford to go far from our dear Malaysia (small currency) but air asia makes the nearby countries reachable. Sure we had some delays and all but we pay like that we get like that. I'm ok with that.

I think AirAsia is great in catering to the Msians and taking what we want into account. They also allow us to express ourselves and let them know how we feel, like thru the blog we can write our experiences. Why dont we start giving suggestions here be it good or bad…as airasia have always looked out for us i think. I would like to give a chance for those whose life has been enhanced by their existence.

ticket to bkk
AA=RM550(no food, bad service, no assigned seats, ugly stewardess, delays, cramp seats)
MAS=RM638(got food-not good as last time la, great service, assigned seats, sexy stewardess, less delay, comfortable seats)
for me, the RM88 is something tat i would like to save, yeah u're rite, u pay wat u get but i don think we deserve soemthing tat bad either. tat time i had this experience, i really wan to slap 9 them one by one. really 'tak apa' attitude

Travel regularly using AA and MAS, and so far got twice delay from AA, and once for MAS.

When it comes to the stewardess, AA wins hands down. I find MAS punya stewardess, a bit "old" n out of shape for my liking tongue.gif

Its value for $$$, therefore AirAsia for me. smile.gif

Plane food sucks. The worst thing I hate is when going back from macau to KL using air asia
The people working there dont know how to ask the people to queue
They would stand there and laugh
While all the old auntie just simply cut line like no one was there! vmad.gif vmad.gif
I've no comment about MAS but every airline food SUKS!
Taste like shit!
I would sacrifice saving few ringgit.
Buying a burger at MacD and bring it onto the plane.
Atleast I feel satisfied eating dry MacD burger which taste much better then aeroplane food!
Last time on my trip to Us. My mum bought 8 burgers for me and my sister to eat. drool.gif drool.gif drool.gif drool.gif
Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner and supper! laugh.gif

based on their free tickets, 5cent tickets, there's nothing to complaint about. best thing is, how AA brought MAS to cater for low & mid income flyers, by online deals, travel fair and fireflyz. previously need to wait for MATTA fair only can buy cheap ticket.

kudos to AA.

want better service/comfort, shell out more money la.
