QUOTE(babymina @ Oct 19 2008, 03:35 PM) airasia dont have preety girls, if ya lucky then have 1 or 2. Hahas My cousin sis is working for MAS! Nonsense. I, myself fly with AA and MAS quite often and all I can say is that they both are equally fine. If AA does not have any pretty girls then, so as MAS. To me, the service matters more than the appearance. I don't mind unattractive stewardess treats me well but I do mind cocky ones who think they're on the top of the hills treating me worthlessly. I pay to enjoy the flights, not to sight-see the girls. In the other words, I want the commitment! The quality! But anyway, so far.. I have no problem with AA. Consider myself lucky?

Just wondering.. is AAX free seating as well? What about those who didn't select their seats when they book their tickets? Wouldn't it be hassle for them to move around and ask? Or they'll be given the seats number when they check in?

QUOTE(db07mufan @ Dec 1 2008, 09:51 AM) negative. air asia x randomly picks seats for those who did not get assigned seats. You do get assigned but randomly. Thanks for the clarification.

Why do you need the xpress pass when the seats are assigned?

It means that the offered price tickets are finished on that specific days. Try other dates, you might be lucky to find them.

QUOTE(Alone @ Dec 3 2008, 08:16 PM) i don't think that's the case... if it was sold out, then there wouldn't be any ticks left on that day.. and i checked the other random dates in 2009, all are not giving the offered price... anyone have another explaination? or a way for me to get to that? btw, it's a book online only offer In fact, my explanation is the explanation. Offered tickets are limited, once finished, the original prices will be back. That's how it works.

QUOTE(Alone @ Dec 3 2008, 08:55 PM) like i said... if it were true, then i would have at least gotten 1 result of the offer from the number of random dates i entered... It's up to you to believe. I've stated what it's supposed to be. QUOTE(SeLrAhC @ Dec 3 2008, 09:13 PM) all the dates are gone... simple Hey! Long time no see.

I don't think you can get a full refund. The most is the tax fee that you paid.

I think that they have stated that they will not hold any responsibility if you wish to have 'transit' in between their flights. Blame yourself for this part.
As for the luggage and insurance, this is the only part that you can argue with them.

QUOTE(Stalvros @ Dec 5 2008, 03:24 PM) Ummm they will! (If the transit is done by other airlines, then they wont) (But in this case, it's BOTH by AirAsia!) (You cannot use the excuse that they cannot match THEIR OWN schedule right?) it's just that according to their policy, if the delay is LESS then 2.30hrs, then it's not their fault. Not to mention that there is no earlier flight prior to the one I took. What, you're suggesting that I should take the flight 2 days BEFORE my next flight just so that I won't have to miss it? Well, since they have stated that they won't hold any responsibility if you insist to take any 'personal transit', then I'm very sure that they are not going to look into your case. Anyway, do not have to raise your tone towards me. I have nothing against you and I have done you no injustice.

Of course they don't. At the moment, Tiger fly to Kuching only. Soon, Miri. Added on December 6, 2008, 10:54 amQUOTE(db07mufan @ Dec 6 2008, 10:40 AM) haha air asia X not applicable. i think. What happens to Air Asia is their plane runs from lets say 6 to 12 midnight, so the period between 12 midnight to 6 o'clock morning they're parked in the LCCT, maintenance and checks are being run through this period. So eventually if the aircraft delays during its day flight, it will not be felt by the morning flights as there is quite a long hour buffer between those two periods. Air Asia X on the other hand i think they run non stop, due to their long haul nature, only an hour and a half turnaround time, but should be on time lah, unless the plane rosak again like on the first day the plane went to Perth Glad to hear that. You do not need the ticket. Just show your passport or IC. But just in case anything happens, bring your itinerary. You get get it from the email that you insert during the booking.

QUOTE(QD_buyer @ Dec 11 2008, 12:03 PM) What type of Payment method do airasia accept other than credit card? Debit cards or vouchers. Alternatively, you can visit the Air Asia offices but ticket price varies from online price.

QUOTE(Alone @ Dec 11 2008, 10:10 PM) oh.. tq... hrmm.. wait.. i thought i asked, where can i get the ticket... xD so does that mean i just go to KLIA on my flight day and show my booking number and passport/IC.. and get the pass? You got everything right except that you need to go to LCCT, not KLIA.

If pre-book, it's cheaper. But you can still buy them in the plane.

Backpack isn't considered as hand carry. I've been traveling with 1 backpack & 1 hand carry for countless times. No problem at all. I still remember the first time when I ask the immigration officer about my backpack. She answers "Do you carry a backpack with hands?" and smiles.
Anyway, pre-book is different? I didn't order online when I booked my ticket. So, how do I pre-book now?
