I dont know why is there so many complaint.. i have too once of airasia from SIN to KUL and i loved it everything. You named in i love it. Except the boarding pass but who cares because of the price i paid for? One example.like MAS i took from KUL-SIN-KUL. both flight got delay.
Not only that , Airasia uses freaking new plane now from KUL. 100% airbus. You cant blame Thai Airasia / Indo Airasia for using old planes because it takes time for them to change their fleet! 1 of the member said Thai Airasia plane is old. Why dont u say ALL MH plane are old? 737-400 AT LEASE 14 year old. 777 8 years. 747 and A330 11 years! Average of 12 years old for those plane in MAS. Interior of the plane are scratching like mad. Arm rest , table and the window. And why the hell nobody is complaining on it? Why everyone are shooting on Airasia ?
My 2 cents lah...

QUOTE(ken_zie @ Mar 13 2008, 01:28 AM) i'm studying in labuan and i have always fly with airasia... so far, i have not really get any problem expect one of the night flight delay (kl - pg)... and there's actually a TV screen stated in the departure hall that stated no liquid allowed for international flight... it's ok to take liquid into the flight for domestic... i just think the stewardess should tie up their hair.. will look more neat... and the counter staff should be more polite... when i was in LCCT checking in, there's a white lady with her children in front of me... for the check-in luggage, we only can bring max 15kg... the luggage of the lady and her children exceed the max weight and she need to bring out some stuff and she's asking why it's only max 15kg for every passengers... and i heard the way the staff counter reply is a bit rude... yeah.. the only problem ( to me) AK had are their ground staff.. they seem a little rude. when customer ask a question , they just reply with 1 word. not polite at all. sometimes they increase their voice voluem at people.

QUOTE(bonzaimy @ Mar 17 2008, 01:08 PM) If MAS of course la...i always get a free panadol...and if u are REALLY sick, they will let u sleep in a crew bunk and yeah, one thing about MAS is,their list aircraft A330 is so old aand dirty.Whenever u fly with MAS A330,make sure it is not a list aircraft... Most airlines do have some medication onboard. And Malaysia Airlines are 5 star airlines , they should provide. If not that 5 star rating is rubbish. about the A330... yeah.. haha.. A330 flies to middle east , korea, china and india. if you're going to those places, take other airlines if u wanna avoid a330.

QUOTE(ken_zie @ Apr 7 2008, 10:02 PM) ok... i can understand about paying for the check in luggage... BUT, AA changed the kl - labuan afternoon flight (which should fly at 12.50pm) to 7.50 am!!!!! damn it!!! now it crashed with my alor star - kl flight... do they know it affected how many students here with that one change?????? and we have to pay another hundreds ringgit for new ticket... they thought we're rich??? we're only students... if i fly from alor star - kl, i'll arrive at lcct for 7 hours before i can fly to labuan at 6pm... and i'll only arrive at 8.25pm. they change it just for your flight or ALL KUL- LBU flight? IF they change only your flight means that there are having some problem on your particular flight only. they dont care you're rich or poor, students or businessman. all they wants is to let everyone fly and make money. they do not care what flight you're having next. they only care this flight which you're taking. if you bring up your connecting flight , thats your problem. not only budget airlines does this. All airlines does.

QUOTE(jazzy939 @ Nov 3 2008, 04:59 PM) This a brand new aircraft fresh from the factory. Apparently the flight out of Perth(first flight to Perth), aircraft suffered a major hydraulic leak. On the subsequent flight out, the landing gear was unable to retract, hence the air turnback. (Vibration sensation felt by passenger) This entirely NOT AAX fault. Certainly Airbus need to explain the failure of the seal that causes the hydraulic leak and probably compensate AAX for the unnecessary delays.. Surely you can't blame AAX for this! yeah cant blame airasia for this. only its 2nd flight and got problem. sure its the manufacturer problem. haha
