Yes, termination method still working atm. In FB group still got users receiving call for SWU counter offer after submit termination online. Most importantly, use the Astro fiber keyword when they call. By call they don't need to see transfer ID. Just atm it will take longer time to queue for call. And sometime TM deploy sales agent to call first with standard package, followed by retention dept (with SWU) if the agents failed to convince.

800mbps 109 is cheap enough

I have submitted 3 times termination request via website but nobody call me, haiz. Some people got call early some people like me never get a call from them

If RM 90, it comes with Disney+ 12 months. It is in the plan name of SWU 5.0.


Thinking back, did I start the trend of this whole SWU 5.0 RM 90/500Mbps thing, like nationwide? I recalled I was the first one to get it here.
However, mine was a genuine case as I really wanted to switch to Astro bundled Fiber but didn't expect TM to counteroffer the same price.
Good luck to TM for fixing this issue.

Seeing you all getting it, I wanted to apply in early June, but due to work, can only do it on Saturday. Since 7th was a public holiday, postponed it to last Saturday.

I thumbprinted twice with my IC, thinking this surely will get approved even though I was told it's subjected to management approval.

Then yesterday Blacktubi said it's getting canceled got me worried, till I received SMS in the evening 🙃

All are good now; speed wise and DH as promised.

Just stay with RM109. Already cheapest for 800Mbps. Maybe tng55 agree if u want to change ownership.

current MSAP will end on December 2025. so next round of speed upgrade and SWU6.0 should happen in early 2026.

Don't forget who hope this 500Mbps@RM90 supposed to be nationwide price.

i in the process upgrading 500 mbs SWU. if i remembered conrrectly when cs read tnc for me, it stated this SWU 5.0 2025 is not eligible for any free upgrade in the future.

but think 500mbs/rm 90 permanently is already cheap and good enough for me, i just said yes and agree to the tnc. i also think if price 500mbs will be cheaper in the future, it probably not going to happen within 24 months contract. So. even the price drop. i just switch after the contract expire later in the future

Unless UNIFI changed the tnc, i think no free upgrade for this SWU 5.0
