Hi, anyone else facing high ping low speed issue since this morning on TM UNIFI ? Call to reset port but not resolve. Usually on the normal day my ping just 3-5ms and can get full speed 500Mbps/100Mbps

My Area : Jalan PJU 8/8B Sentral Damansara PJU8, 47820

Below is the results directly ping out from my mikrotik router.

wtf happening tonight with shyte latency and everything oversea takes age to load and download from github barely get 100kbps




another day of lamenting my bad decision switching from celcom fiber to tm just to save rm10

Yeah. Bandar Utama here. I also reported to unifi as the internet speed and also the ping is outrageous.

i don have slow test issue, but many site like discord, steam very slow to load, even speetest result page also slow load

Just checked again today morning looks like it is back to normal, yeah the ping were outrageous yesterday everything i browse feel so delay and slow.

can you try Office for UNIFI BIZ compare that time had ping were outrageous
you may compare OFFICE Biz unifi vs home unifi
you office stay use test computer and home computer use anydesk
for testing about ping result BIZ VS HOME for unifi compare for during night

My maxis 300mbps contract just ended on 9/12/2025. How to make the maxis retension team call you for counter offer?

The test i did earlier is from my home unifi
I asked here to see if anyone else suffer the same issue with me since port reset from TM agent does not resolve it, so i know this affect certain area and not only me. Ping went up to 100+ms for a fiber is not normal at all.

Wow, now Unifi is slow even during daytime. It's 2.25 PM and twitter and reddit, among others, are loading extremely slowly. Like crawling speed.

Just a few more months before I can dump this pos ISP. I don't care if Klang Valley is "congested" due to "population density". I pay for high speed broadband, I should get high speed broadband.
