can someone tell me the current offer plan with SWU? my contract is about to expire. i want to compare with this astro deals

i in the process upgrading 500 mbs SWU. if i remembered conrrectly when cs read tnc for me, it stated this SWU 5.0 2025 is not eligible for any free upgrade in the future.

but think 500mbs/rm 90 permanently is already cheap and good enough for me, i just said yes and agree to the tnc. i also think if price 500mbs will be cheaper in the future, it probably not going to happen within 24 months contract. So. even the price drop. i just switch after the contract expire later in the future

Unless UNIFI changed the tnc, i think no free upgrade for this SWU 5.0

i got and agree to SWU via phone and hope people here who sign up at physical store have a hard copy and share it.

the cs like read the entire tnc via that call. quite long

hello, i just got upgrade to SWU 500mbs two days ago and i need help

all my home devices are wifi based but after all the speedtest done on all the device, the speed i got is average 150mbs except for my poco f3 and f5 can get 500mbs

My PCs for example are PCIe wifi 6ax but still only get 300mbs even at the same distance as the phone

So, i wonder if there are any setting in unifi skyworth modem router should i change to improve the performance. i cant even find DNS settings

i do want to change the router but as last resort as i see on shopee they are all quite expensive. please do suggest which retail budget/best router suitable for 500mbs

not sure old previous unifi router support 500mbs or not. the one with black color tp link rebranded use with white modem. last plan is for 30mbs only which not problem

i got call on 18th, installer came on 21st, got sms on disney login on 22nd and swu reflected on account on 23rd

i wonder how they prorated. my last bill end cycle is 7th July which i paid fully RM 83.

so swu should started on 23rd on next month on 7th/8th July

seriously. if u are new subs. better grab astro promo 500mbs/rm90 permanently same as SWU 5.0. just stay till contract end then can choose whether to stay with Astro or switch to others where probably u will get same offer match or better deals at that time

SWU 5.0 can only get for people who are just finished or out of contract only. u cant get as new subs

i was able to get swu 5.0 cos i showed the screenshot of astro offer to cs and then they offer swu 5.0 without hassles.

i already confirm during tiktok live. ala carte 500mbs/rm90 can be subs. i already almost ready to switch with the agent till unifi called asking why i need the tranfer id

as now, i see that is why tm so readily offer swu as to counter astro promo for now. i dont even need to go to any branch, everything settle online. as far as i read, all need to go to tm point trying luck to get swu

compare to previously switching pakej perpaduan. so much hassle as need to bring my mother for approval.
