Oh yeah i also got the free upgrade from 500/100 to 800/200, but on current deco only can utilize full upload with the Download still at 500.

I sent email to support and request to change it. Unifi giving free upgrade to 800 randomly??

I was referring to plan name that still remain at 300 after the 2023 free upgrade to 500, can ask support to change it. For the free upgrade to 800, I'm hope I will get it too.

you should thank astro's 500mbps for rm90 . this is the reason you got free speed upgrade . competition is good for consumers.

I just back from TM point to request for Swu 500Mbps unfortunately they mentioned no such plan with rm90

submitted termination thru online portal on 8/5- 10am
received call from TM 03-20217930 - 9/5 , 1140am

RM99 300Mbps , free 6 months bill , free 6 months disney hotstar.

my contract suppose till sept 2025, they allowed me to get the SWU 5.0 since i got no device contract .

can confirm. just got the same offer (without any TV pack). CS also mentioned the price will stay after 24 months contract

Supposedly yes as per my conversation with them as I had free 600 minutes all this while. However, my sister said she can’t seem to locate it on the app. We have to wait for the first bill to validate before making a complaint if it doesn’t.

Got the offer just now, RM90 500mbps, 600min call, 1-year Hotstar.
The contract is negligible, anyhow also have to use

She said for plan no 2, 300 + Tv channels, they provide the unifi box for free.

Whoever upgraded from UNIFI plan 500mbps to 800mbps, are you guys able to get speed test result close to 800mbps?

For my case is from SWU 3.0 500Mbps RM119 to 500Mbps RM90

Mine is free upgrade from 500mbps to 800mbps. It costs monthly RM 189.75.
How to get RM 119 ?

I think RM90/m for 500mbps is actually a good deal.
Because normally you can't simply reduce monthly fixed fee, unless you downgrade the package to reduce the speed.

Although it has small difference at RM18 for 2 years.
RM90 is permanent and will not revert back to RM119 after 2 years.
I think this is important because, who knows year end when Gov announce the new budget, we will get another free speed boost.

Maybe gonna boost from 500mbps to 800mbps or even 1Gbps?
So even after the contract ended, you are only paying RM90/m for 1Gbps

If RM90 plan still comes with free STD, or even free router or mode. Then I think it's one of the best deal out there.
You can sell the router and modem and get another "free" month.

Currently I'm still on SWU 3.0, RM119/m (free 6 months), it boosted last year from 300mbps>500mbps.
Contract gonna end in September. Let's see what I can get later.
