500Mbps Aneka+Family 139 to 500Mbps 79.

U already 500Mbps RM79. Check ur bill la. No ISP offer standalone 500Mbps@RM79. Or why not just terminate (not change) & register Allo 1000Mbps RM139 or 100Mbps RM49.

Well, if the call starts with 03 all those are local calls and won't be charged. Always look for bank numbers that mention "if calling from overseas, call 03-xxxxxx", use that no. instead and won't be charged. They are all considered under free calls.

Oh wow, so I've been wasting money then calling the "local" hotline. sweat.gif
Thanks for the tip smile.gif

Look. Let's not be dramatic.
If you go and do a speedtest with CGNAT and without CGNAT, what's the difference between the ping time?

I would say they are all within margin of error of a shared network.

But let's say you really want to do the math, I say worst case CGNAT has a 2ms additional delay, you need a 500Hz gaming monitor to render that 1 additional frame.

Tell me you have a 500 Hz monitor.

CGNAT either run on dedicated service module or DPDK if running on off the shelf CPU. What's the time it takes to do a hashmap lookup? They are in micro-second.

I suspect your Windows Defender took more time to scan your game.

I think 500Mbps@RM90 was mistaken/accidentally standalone package which disturb original standalone SWU 5.0. The one who processed the 1st order maybe didn't notice the Astro's 500Mbps@RM90 is a price  when suscribe with AstroTV that make it total RM139. I don't think Astro will complain if bundle unifi 500Mbps RM79 + RM60 unifi TV.

About users within contract which successfully change plan to SWU 5.0 was just luck because of speed upgrade. Users within contract anytime can upgrade to higher speed standard price not downgrade. Same thing also for other ISP. Can do it anytime using app or website but can try at tmpoint if u can get luck. Yes they can do the speed upgrade with standard price for the branch sales credit. For that case u can simply answer u will do it urself by app so the branch can't get the credit.

Well blame Unifi system for allowing 500mbps stand alone registration. Like I said before, who own the infra have great power, can set any price they want. Other ISP like Maxis, Celcomdigi Astro etc can only complain but nothing will happen.
Those who still want to try your luck, better do it before they end registration for all Tmpoint.

As kwss put it, at most you will have 1-5ms extra ping to servers.

I’ve been on 30Mbps CGNAT, and currently I’m on 2Gbps. My ping on Valorant to Riot SG’s AWS servers back during 30Mbps is around 14-16ms, now on 2Gbps, it’s around 10-13. I’m based in Johor just fyi. But even that is inconsistent as it’s depending on the end point, some servers was good some servers was bad.

But that doesn’t really matter with CGNAT, you think TM hasn’t done any optimization to their connection to serve end users? End users would be mad as hell if they’re deploying CGNAT without proper routing internally as the lower tier subscribers all be experiencing degraded connectivity and experience. And generally a normal user won’t be able to tell any difference if they’re under CGNAT or dynamic.

Personally the only issue I’ve found with CGNAT is more susceptible to CAPTCHA as some others users sharing the same public IP might have been abusing the IP, hence making other users face more CAPTCHA. Other than that, it’s basically the same experience as the higher tier plans from TM.

Yes, I agree. The fact about how fast the end point took time to reply as in end to end principal that the server (host) have more responsible about congestion control, not the network.

Unifi sales system should be blamed not unifi network system. Network ownership never related with bundle or standalone package i.e astro 500Mbps RM90 or RM139. Any sides the sales related either system or dept who control prices etc. For this 500Mbps@RM90 thing, as usual the sales will blame the software because have options to change plan, but also will blame software if no options to change plan when relate to vip case.. fak.

I just change my unifi plan to 500mbps and they replace my model to Skyworth GN630V and bridge my Asus BE86U to it. How can I access the GN630V when it is set to bridge mode?
