500Mbps upload is nice to have even you don't utilise the 1Gbps download speed.

It use to be that you can download their Unifi TV app on mobile and register. Of course you are limited to the free FTA channels.

Use ehem IPTV.

Coming from 300M@ RM99 to 500M@ RM90.
Main target is to lower the cost, in fact 300M is good enough for my family usage (FB, YT, movie/music stream...) 500M is better but no chance to utilize.
Further speed upgrade (free/pay) no longer make sense to me. hope there are more cost down package coming in the future.

All my devices are 2.5gbps but I still get 940mbps despite multiple complaints via mcmc.

you cannot use previous Time router (Huawei) due no support TIME COMBO Router for unifi
get you own router to get stable 500Mbps Plan let say TP LINK AX73 enough 500Mbps
you may try unifi free router if unstable don't complant unifi due router low spec unable handle

I submitted request on 6, 14 and 17, received 3 times sms said will call me. But until now nobody call, hahahaha

If you can, find time to do at Tmpoint. Better grab the plan before they stop accepting registration.

Exactly. Not all TMPoints offer it.
Even if they do, it's a wonder why some customers can get some cannot get.

There are even those with 4-5 mths left in contract also managed to switch to SWU 5.0.
TM's inconsistencies is really despicable, maybe should lodge MCMC complaint.

I already did, and the CS mentioned to me that its not a plan that she can offer me atm without a transfer request. Hence the reason why I did the termination request instead.

After reading the comments here, yesterday I submitted my Unifi Termination request via Unifi Portal. Current package is Unifi Home 800Mbps - Pro Upgrade with Ultimate Pack with a total bill of RM242.75 per month.

Today, TM Unifi call me and after determine the reason I wanted to terminate my Unifi (Astro Fibre), they straightly offer me the SWU 500Mbps + Disney Hotstar (1 years free) for RM90 per month. They even add that after 2 years, the price will remain the same. I gladly accepted it
