Request terminate unifi on 6/6, until today 17/6 nobody call me.......terus pergi TM point lebih cepat dapat SWU?

Hahahaha, i went to TM point Bukit Mertajam ask for SWU 5.0, agent said no such package boleh offer. My contract sudah tamat then waste my time to TM point.

Yes, termination method still working atm. In FB group still got users receiving call for SWU counter offer after submit termination online. Most importantly, use the Astro fiber keyword when they call. By call they don't need to see transfer ID. Just atm it will take longer time to queue for call. And sometime TM deploy sales agent to call first with standard package, followed by retention dept (with SWU) if the agents failed to convince.

I have submitted 3 times termination request via website but nobody call me, haiz. Some people got call early some people like me never get a call from them

I tried, i went to TMpoint two days ago, they declind me to offer SWU package, the lady said no such SWU 500m RM90 available now. So I straight register Astro package just now and waiting the call.

Register Astro Fibre last week because TM point doesn't offer me SWU 5.0, my unifi contract is end. I got the transer ID from Astro, agent said TM will call me within 2 days but after 2 days TM doesn't call me yet.
I straight go to TM point ask them, TM agent said you does not need visit TM point, we can't do anything for you at TM point and you need wait 10 days to wait HQ call.

6/6 submitted termination requests, yesterday 25/6 received call and offer SWU 5.0 with Disney 1 year.
Today check app and see the plan name has change to new one.

I sign up astro fibre because TM point don't want to offer me SWU, I wait so many days and nobody call me. My unifi bill RM13x monthly, if go to astro fibre+TV only RM14x monthly. Until yesterday the Unifi call me and offer SWU to me, so I will stay with unifi now. Sign up Astro is for backup plan.
