What's the download speed you get?, for you new 1GBS upgrade.

Mine is 300mps upgraded to 500 for rm119. And I hv ultimate plus hat gets netflix, disney, bein, max and many more.

Once contract ends in Aug, wondering is should go to SWU5 or better to remain as it is.

No way you can free upgrade with Rm119. Your plan is consider cheap, unless you really need the speed, 500mbps is more than sufficient.
The 500mbps free upgrade to 1gb is Rm159.

get the one from unifi itself, but tp link wifi 7 series, i think its cheaper than RRP, and installment basis.

Got my speed upgrade from 800 to 1g few months ago. Contract already over. Anyone here have experience with downgrading plan? I want to take a cheaper plan like 500 mbps swu 5.0.

i renewed my contact on sep 23. they offer 6months waive during this renewal.

now my package is rm189(rm200+ w/ tax)
500mbps + ultimate plus pack.

i heard when we renew our contract, they will offer free TV. isit true?
and must wait contract finish or can straight ask them renew now?

my tv broke already. if can get new tv, then very gud.

I did ask before you can they will add the additional fee x 24 or 36months but I did my research it’s not cheaper benefit is you can pay monthly if you don’t have credit card

Ever since I swap my router to the Unifi Skyworth GN630V, I am not able to access my Xiaomi Camera or VPN into my NAS. I suspect I need to enable some setting on the router. Anybody had similar experience?

You probably need to enable port forwarding. Take a look at what you've setup on your old router.

That is the strange thing. My previous router which was a D-Link which I bought on my own, I didn't configure anything on it. That why i think the Skyworth from Unifi by default block some stuff.

If currently i'm using SWU 4.0 (300mbps - RM119 / month for 24m waive first 6 months) and wanna upgrade speed.

Can go for SWU 5.0 ? or only 4.0 version of 500mbps, hmm

You can't get SWU 5.0 until your current SWU 4.0 contract ends. You can upgrade but they'll probably charge the normal price. Check in your my unifi app, it should show you what package you could upgrade to and how much is the cost.
