QUOTE(holachuuuu @ Jan 25 2025, 01:26 AM) Any sifu can advised, under 100Mbps package but the download I'm getting only 1.2MB/s 1.2MMb/s is fast speed for Download manager, wait until finish if download a big file. Recommended to use LAN not wifi. If you mean speedtest result, also use LAN & restart the speedtest.Contacted Unifi agent to reset port, restart router & modem however still same. ** My opinion as farmer. |

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Jan 27 2025, 04:41 PM) Remember, there’s no such thing as a “free” phone—they’ve already added the cost into the price. First, check how much data your son actually uses every month. If he’s using less than a certain amount, find a plan that fits his needs without overpaying. It's actually a tricky promotion. When they tell about free 6 month, did they mention about unifi bill or mobile postpaid bill? It's true you can terminate the line in 1 month because already paid for that month as deposit. As advertised in their website, no contract for postpaid 39/69/99 new registration or just pay pro rate if terminate in 2nd month. As for existing unifi users, you can use the mobile postpaid free for 6 months if MNP to unifi mobile. 24 months contract is for phone + postpaid but it still separate bill with different account number like standalone myunifi & unifi mobile app.I almost got scammed by a similar thing. UNIFI called me, offering to “upgrade” my home plan to 500Mbps (which I already had) with entitled free 6months but said I had to take a postpaid plan for RM69. They claimed I could cancel the postpaid in a month, but later I found out it’s a bundle deal. If you sign up, both the home and postpaid plans are tied to a 24-month contract, and you can’t cancel just the postpaid! PRSXFENG liked this post

QUOTE(Steponlego @ Jan 29 2025, 04:53 PM) Mine was on 500mbps package deal with some streaming bullshit stuff, paid RM250 monthly. Last month I noticed suddenly it got renames 800mbps pro upgrade. Use router built-in speedtest to verify.I wouldnt know if it already 800mbps because wifi speed probably max like under 400mbps. But these days I noticed service are getting horrible by the day. Im getting 20mbps speed as typing this now with no channel or support to send a complaint. |

QUOTE(kimguan07 @ Jan 29 2025, 10:29 PM) Hi If the ultimate pack included with unifi tv box, why not just terminate the package. If they offer anything just tell them less usage as the reason BUT u will register under uour name broadband only package 300mbps RM99.Can get some advice from all the sifu here. I have a unifi service for my parents, sign up many many years ago (almost 10 yrs i think). Contract long expired and i never sign new contract. Currently got a free upgrade from 500 mbps to 800 mbps. Unifi Home 800 Mbps - Pro upgrade. Comes with ultimate pack. Paying rm 210.95 monthly for years. Is this plan really worth it? Seems like newest plans are cheaper. I sign up a netflix account myself for my parents to watch as this package doesnt have netflix bundled and cannot add on also. It does have disney hotstar together for free. Landed Phone service rarely use anymore now. Since all through hp now. My parents do watch la those other unifi channels on and off sports/chinese/movie channels. Just thinking should i just cancel this package once for all since it seems rather expensive. Only thing being used is the fibre internet and maybe abit of those streaming channels. For your parent, subscribe standalone Ruby tv pack rm30/mth. Non rm30 pack included with tv box which mean 24mth contract. Use the new subscription login id in your old unifi tv box. The rest for favorite streaming channels, can ala carte such as disney etc. But do this once your internet already installed. I will do this to avoid 24mth contract for non internet thing, enough with internet contract. |

Anyone here use 800mbps with Fiberhome HG6145F3? I want to confirm the upload speed either 200mbps or 100mbps by using fiberhome app. My upload speed is 100mbps using HG6145F3.
I borrow someone's DPN-FX3060V & the upload speed is 200mbps as it should be. Anyone know what maybe wrong? DPN-FX3060V result: ![]() |
