What are you trying to do?
I've been using this ONU for many many years and never needed to access it.


Afaik, the Web UI is at 192.168.100.1

So, your PC IP needs to be changed to say, 192.168.100.10

And the fiber cable must not be connected to the ONU.

And again, stop making assumption for things that u dunno. I went and they offer me SWU 500mb for rm139. Which is more expensive than my current rm129. That is why I didn't opt for it. I believe alot of users like me waiting for SWU 5.0 or better deal to renew. Since someone mentioned about speed bump to 1gb. that is l why I am asking on terminate in the apps if possible for SWU or better deal. If anyone tried that before do share. Thanks.

mine also 500Mbps for RM119 old SWU 3.0
now SWU 4.0 500Mbps RM139 very bad

have to wait SWU 5.0 waiting

Just noticed that my Unbound + Adguard stopped working all of a sudden, unable to nslookup google.com until I turned off DNS over TLS in Unbound.

Seems like TM started blocking port 853

Update: Switched to DoH using DNSCrypt-Proxy

Indeed TM started blocking port 853. Now the only thing can unblock is using VPN.

a good sign . it means UNIFI needs to introduce higher speed plan in future to maintain ARPU . UNIFI has to install higher speed PON line cards.

Perhaps you can also try and share. Either:
1. Try to switch to other provider, usually TM will call to offer better deal.
2. Try to terminate as you mentioned, see if TM can offer something better.

My unbound not working with the default plaintext method, i suspect stock router is the culprit.

But I setup VPN for unbound to work now, another benefit by using VPN could conceal unencrypted plaintext unbound queries from ISP surveillance.

It's too easy for ISP to block DoT port 853, it's very unique.
Just switch to DoH.

If don't have maybe got hidden offer or future offer.
Since mine 500mbps without those tv package is RM109 Before Tax.

i facing similar issue currently, every night have high latency to everything (200++ ms) ,tell TM customer service many time only happen at night and tried different router,device , LAN and wifi still same issue then they say will report to relevant team, at the end are ask technician come to check.

At the day technician plan come to check,before he come he call me and say my area got people with same issue and he checked not device issue ,he asked me if is same issue (high latency at night) , i say yes and he say then he cannot do anything, so i asked him no need to come as i know is not device issue.

Currently the problem still exist

The normal unifi package/bundle these days macam very not attractive

The offered price also will revert become expensive after 24 months also as per indicated. No longer shows perpetual.

I wonder how the latest SWU going to be as mine contract ended 29th September 2024 sad.gif

Ping to Quad9 timed out 99%. Changed my dns to cloudflare for the time being.

Update: back to normal.
