Anyone can guide me how to configure QOS for Asus Router. If let's say I got 500mbps package, how to set the download and upload MB if select under Adaptive QOS with Manual Settings? I tried to set download and upload with 8% to 10% more than the bandwidth range, still cannot achieve the best result. If set exactly the same download and upload MB, the download speed will reduce by half. If no QOS, the upload latency will goes up.

mine asus router i don't use QOS its bad due cpu usage higher for router
mine 500mbps i disable QOS long time already i never set QOS ago untouched

When I ping for 500mbps, the latency for upload similar like the screenshot here. Ignored the download speed as I taken it from some other user result. Somemore I'm on LAN cable. By right the latency should be at minimum level if QOS is disable.

Maybe your asus router cpu cannot handle your internet speed.Try to lower to 250Mbps on the download and 100Mbps on the upload.Test again.

BTW, this was my test against sydney server.QOS is disable.

I'm currently using Asus RT-AX3000 router. Will the Asus router unable to cope with 500mbps speed?

Maybe..I dont know.Just give it a try by putting 250Mbps on the DL and maybe 95Mbps- 98Mbps on the UL.
I did not enable QOS since very few device on my home network.

* For those who is facing drop of internet speed using bridge mode

TM technician has came to my premise to do some configuration to the BLACK BOX. Technician laptop was connected to it then ANYDESK was used for their other technician to access to do some command patching and programming stuff and uses some problem tool.

Now my 2Gbps does not have drop speed issue for a week. I reported my case through the online chat from their website mentioning my problem and requiring their highest professional team to settle the issue.

Hope this helps everyone out there.

Using google dns or one dns, seems to be unable to access certain streaming websites be it adult or anime. are they outright banning some websites?

Yes. You may click on this link https://browserleaks.com/dns to find out whether Google, Cloudflare, OpenDNS or etc still running as per usual or all redirected to TM DNS?

For those that using own router, did you encounter similar redirected issue? Stock router already hard coded and unable to use alternate DNS.

Yup, running the test and with your link keep showing TM dns server results. Guess this it ? Malaysian internet censorship at its full force?

My router doesn't supports DoH or other method, just plain old dns address, anyway to bypass this besides using VPN?

Are you using your own router or stock router? Even DOH and DOT both is not working. I already tested.

Looks like currently still not all area are under DNS hijacking/poisoning.
My end still looks goods with those dns servers.
