Nvidia driver download sometime fast sometime slow,due to different time or user getting different dns resolve region server.
And some IP range is getting bad routing to the region server.

Anyone having issue with unifi?
I think TM network having something wrong now.
1/3 network connection is high latency and packet lost.
Even to google dns also having similar issue.

Or only my area or region(Johor) have this issue?

I think is unifi johor to unifi central network issue.

I think your current deco M4 is enough for normal usage.
My opinion:Just wait for another year for Mid-grade Wifi 7 router?

If your current wifi coverage is not fully cover ,then get another deco node(Newer model) to expand might be considerable.

Year end always like this,just wait for another 2-3weeks.
It will normal again for few months.

VPN to SG ,and almost full speed again.
(Already standby multiple 10G VPS server as VPN)

OVH SG is okay,and got private peering with TM. (Downside-limited quota bandwidth,and lower max speed can hit(250M-2G)
Hosthatch SG also okay,but the routing and connection will be good for how long i not sure. (1-10G)
Leaseweb SG routing not longer 1st grade,TM or Leaseweb change the routing for few months ago,If this back to 10ms+- then this is good. (1-10G)
Equinix SG- I currently do not have any vps with this network,but i check my smokeping,looks like smooth in recent time. (1-10G)

Vultr/DigitalOcean/Linode looks like also okay. (I didn't have cloud server on those platform, should can get more than 10G,if i am not wrong)

Full speed with own QoS speed limit. (Would be higher speed without QoS limit)

It was cheaper in past few years with 3.5sgd per month. (But with 100M)

Hosthatch is more price-wise with offer,but if TM change the routing again,then it might latency high to 40+ms or more,and it would be no suitable anymore.

And in near future(My guess:within 1-2years),we will be getting more Malaysia server selection that might having good connection to worldwide.
There are more than 10 Datacenter coming soon in Malaysia. Especially like those famous hosting company like Equinix or Microsoft already building their DC.
I will try to rent some vps or cloud server on those hosting at that time for testing the connectivity.

1.05Gbps DL and 525Mbps UP

Better than nothing,since some of us already paying cheaper monthly price for 800mbps for years.

You need to change your router and device to newer one that can support more than 1Gbps.
2.5G WAN/LAN Port router + PC / Wifi6 Supported Device.

2.5G BTU/ONR <2.5G> Router/+Switch <2.5G>PC
Or
2.5G BTU/ONR <2.5G> Wifi 6 Router <More Than 1G>Wireless Device

Otherwise if still using 1G port router
The max throughput speed will still be 940+-mbps

Complaint to Maxis,the connection between your home and maxis network is having issue.

This morning i use the troubleshoot system in unifi app with login new UX,didn't have any issue to access.
So it should be working to use.

I think the free upgrade for 800mbps will come at around March,as they might need to wait for the 2.5G ONU production after new year in China?
Since the product is made in China,so they have to wait for the production cycle.
(All above is my guessing only,maybe they still haven't decided the device specification yet )
OEM with ZTE or Fiberhome or else(non-famous factory similar to VSOL etc)?
