I have the black Dlink ONR which has the 2.5Gbe WAN port. Will I be able to get 2gbps speed via a single Cat7 cable (10gbps) if my router and PC has 2.5Gb ethernet?

Is it possible to change my IP without reboot router? My IP was 110.x yesterday night, but it is now 115.x without reboot the router hmm.gif

Another way is by going into your router page look for page that controls internet settings

Click disconnect and wait a few secs then click connect

The page that you keyed in your @unifi username and pwd

Ya if you saw the buttons those are for you to connect & dc from internet

So should get a new IP everytime you get reconnected

Normally if transfer out from unifi the account will still be active until when? Cause already transferred out from unifi for 2 days already but my app still showing my unifi line still active. Cs told me need wait 11 days only will terminate cannot immediate terminate. I'm not under contract anymore

both sides need to confirm transferred properly.
not just the wires in your house but also paperwork and billing.
just be patient, there is temporary overlap period that you'll be billed by both sides.

you also don't want either or both to wash hand if suddenly got problem.

okok cause I'm already using maxis fibre since 2 days ago already and they told me unifi line will be terminate/cut after few hour. but i check my app account still active so wanted to ask. then cs also told me need 11 days after my approve. i always thought will be immediate terminate one 😂.

Yes, need around 2 weeks for them to terminate. Idk why but I experienced the same thing when switching providers.
Meanwhile, you can plug back the Unifi router to lan 1 and enjoy both lines for the next 11 days if you wish.

damn, nowadays need vpn almost 24/7 even if ure browsing twitter/tiktok.. bloody hell unifi.. starting to regret grabbing swu3.0, can transfer ownership to someone else?

Anyone else keep getting disconnected? I got 4 disconnection within 2 hours since 12AM today

Also is there a live chat service with unifi? There was a customer service chat on twitter but i think they terminated the account or something

Will switch to other ISP once unifi contract end, as they don't take serious about the network quality and user experience.

To them as long as can reach full speed to local tm speedtest server, then means no issue, as they know all user care is turbo this turbo that

But in reality even a website like Shopee, Twitter can lag like hell at night puke.gif

We still need to fork out extra money to subscribe VPN to workaround unifi issue, very pathetic.
