updating game on steam so slow, never slow like this, 300mbps plan

damn, nowadays need vpn almost 24/7 even if ure browsing twitter/tiktok.. bloody hell unifi.. starting to regret grabbing swu3.0, can transfer ownership to someone else?

This morning i downloaded a game 3GB + within 5~7 minutes done though (can't recall cause i just go bancuh my kid's milk and back then it's already done)

Again and again , waiting for unifi CS like 100 queue.Everything start to get slow at 8pm.
Anyone ? been asking what is the cheapest VPN rm10 a month ?

Recently upgraded last weekend to 1Gbps with black Dlink combo modem+router. Now its on bridge mode and connected to my TP-Link AX73 router. Bandwidth speed went down to 300mbps just a day after and had it restored to 1Gbps after getting a cust service agent reset the port. That fix didn't last more than 2 days before going down to 300mbps again. Should I call Unifi again and have a technician look at the provided modem+router combo?

I'm actually suspecting it's a thermal throttling issue because it runs at 1Gbps again after restarting the modem+router.

At early 2023 Oct, I go unifi subscribed the 300mbps fibre.
Then late 2023 Oct, government announce free fibre upgrade.
I received SMS my unifi package is upgraded and ask to restart router.
I also do a speed test. It bump up to 500mbps.

But today I check the unifi app, my package is still 300mbps, speed test also 300mbps. Anyone face the same upgrade then downgrade as I do ??

If yes how you all handle ? Call to complain ?

Cheapest I've seen is windscribe build a plan, 2 locations unlimited
Select 2 locations + unlimited, $3, roughly RM15, they accept our ewallets even

But don't pick Malaysia server, it's slow, like less than 100Mbps, for me, Japan gives me good experience

RM15 2 location windscribe build a plan? saw LTT said IPA ,check got 3+ years but need to pay rm372 divided around rm10 per month.

Will switch to other ISP once unifi contract end, as they don't take serious about the network quality and user experience.

To them as long as can reach full speed to local tm speedtest server, then means no issue, as they know all user care is turbo this turbo that

But in reality even a website like Shopee, Twitter can lag like hell at night

mine same my unifi app my package is still 300Mbps speed test still 510Mbps noting issue me  always 510Mbps never drop 300Mbps and upload 110Mbps no problem

Dont say these... youtube, bein sports, iqiyi also damn laggy at times...

Much better experience now with uhome 5g... yeah, top speed is not as high as fibre but less laggy, streaming works, even my son playing roblox also complained less.
