I wonder is there any good alternatives to IBKR that is licensed locally? I don't mind taking some compromises. Rakuten's fee are not that expensive but the stocks and ETFs are currently limited.. MIDF the fee is expensive at 8USD for <1K USD. However, I am looking to hold for a very long time.. Looking for solutions with simple deposit and withdrawal 

just learn to use IBKR.. Ziet Invest youtube already very detailed. Got issues can ask us also.

What is your concern? 

I am abit concerned on using fintech such as TransferWise to bridge towards the platform... From what I have calculated, the forex rate is roughly equal on MIDF/FSMOne/Rakuten when you do it both ways (RM > USD > RM), as there is fee incurred when using TransferWise. The brokerage fees on our SC regulated services are quite high and the execution is perhaps not good when compared to IBKR. Really hope someday we would see platform with low fees, easy cash deposit/withdrawal. Seems like there is always a drawback and not all is perfect

It got SC licence. Published in edge newspaper and run by Kenanga, no issue for me.
Keep in mind I use it as bank account/parking place/versa replacement cause versa is like giving only 1.8%.

Once I collect rm10k+ I am withdrawing it and transfering to sg to be invested in us stocks.

Once they tell me what is the actual expiry date and by expiry date if something better comes along, I will leave it. If nothing better comes I will just hang with it.

put in 1k last night. now reflected in the KDI Save and earned 8 sen already.

yeah much more efficient than Versa and Stashaway.

signed up Friday 1.30pm, acc approved Sat 5pm.

just opened another acc see  how fast they can approve this
deposited 5.30pm just now,see how fast this can be in to earn interest.

now can see only 1 bank account allowed, should follow Versa/SA allow more for convenience

I cant find the app in Apple App Store. And when I click the link from their official website, it says not available in this country.

Not forgetting the decimal point for geographical allocations... My god, how accurate KDI tries to be or no QC in their apps?

actually computers calculate until that many decimals one. just that if UI is polished, will round up to 2 or 3 decimals. this looks like an app created in a 3 hour hackathon

After you login, and you click KDI save, under their terms and condition, it's mentioned the 3% is until 30th June 2022. Not sure who's lying. KDI team or all the newspaper.

If is until 30th June 2022 why mentioned until end of the year.
