Anybody have trouble login in KDI app today? It keep saying my login password / details is wrong. But using same details I can login the website.

I noticed that the day you placed your deposits will also earn you interest in this KDI Save.

For others, typically then the money is in the account/on the platform, then only it will start accruing from there.

Kudos to KDI Save.

Wish they could also enable bio-metric login on the app for convenience as well.

Deposit since 18/2 morning still pending

really dunno how is the cut off time works
or it works akin to saving account as long the money is in before 12:00 midnight, u entitle for return

feels kind of insecure because app never disclose the detail of asset they invested

no idea, hopefully they can clarify it through their updated FAQ next time.


We won't know until they share or someone gotten their statement and share.

Meanwhile, I have more confidence in them because they are a listed company, not some small start ups, they are regulated by the SC, your money goes to the trustee and not them directly.

However, do exercise your own diligence whether you would want to invest with them.

Its seriously very annoying. Apps like MIDF under PNB can charge lower trading fees like RM8 instead of USD8. They have an MYR + USD Cash Account and the withdrawal is pretty quick (getting the next day). Their SaxoBank trading platform is quite nice aswell... Lower the fees and people would literally flock to them... Not so hard right...

Deposited 18-02-2022, 08:25 PM, processed 21st 4:20pm, credited with 1 day worth of interest. So probably just 1 day at best (the day it's processed)?

Inb4 some dumbass shows up and talk about how he's been milking this

Deposits
I deposited some on Friday evening. (batch a)

I also deposited some this morning. (batch b)

Both batches processed and are now in the account.


Interests
Batch a - interest accrued from last Friday and is shown in the account already. (3-day worth of interest)

Batch b - no interest, as it was only deposited today, tomorrow should see the interest earned being reflected.

more time to get some pocket money

I deposited on Sat and Sun, today can see 1 day interest paid .

My 2nd acc opened Saturday 5.30pm, only approved 12.30pm Mon
Deposited money straight away, still pending, if this also earn 1 day interest later on tonight,
that means no point deposit on Sat or Sun,
might as well wait till Monday only deposit.

transparency is needed regardless of the company background and past achievements. For example, StashAway invested significant amount in Kweb but price kept dropping, if investors disagree with it then they can pull their money out ASAP.

Can I know how you calculated Batch A interest? Because I deposited Friday evening I for sure only received one day's worth of interest (~2.9X% p.a.)

~2.957% p.a. , that's about the same as mine which was 1 day worth of interest (on Monday), weekend isn't counted or processed at all.

you got a point there.

I basically just take that [n] amount multiply 3% / 365 x 3 days.

n x 3% / 365 x 3 days = very very close to the returns reflected in my account.
