I doubt you are in property industry LOL..my current place is exactly the same as Eric said, the developers paid for the maintenance fees of unsold units.. hence developer have right to vote during Agm as well…

First you say unsold units not enough owners staying good luck collecting maintenance fees. Why need luck? Con9lan7firm UEM will pay for the maintenance fees for unsold units.

Clearly you don’t know how it works and just spewing shit.

Given the current sales trend, it’ll be more or less fully sold by VP.

I guess this one is for the nearby sewerage right?

Good to hear that it is an upgrade works for the sewerage rather than they gonna ue it for something else. Although the sewerage now also doesn't really smell, hope fully it will be better and more 'eye pleasing' after the upgrade thumbup.gif
