This main con ok?

hehe... i believe action speaks louder than words, and performance and end results matter more than anything.

our past records we have managed to achieve very high QLASSIC quality scores, all above 80%, including a high score of 86% at South Brooks.

in terms of speed wise, if u read the other forums such as SERASI, Noora, 99 Residences etc... we are usually ahead of schedule, so be prepared to be paying stage billings earlier lol. i cant find Allevia's forum though - that one is really super fast.

UEM is using BIM (Building Information Modelling) right?

From a main con perspective how does it differ and how would it impact the building experience?

Noora's award is 479mil for 1.15k units whole connaught one is 315mil for 1.3k units. Believe the gross floor area is not very different between the two, but noora's one is much higher value. Looks like Connaught one is really no frills?
*
Yes BIM is being used - it helps a lot on the coordination works, eliminates clashes etc... it definitely improves the buildability of any project whereby one can visualize almost in entirety even before building it.

i think main difference btw noora and connaught one... GFA noora is higher as it has more larger units... connaught one lesser frills, it is part of the RISE series which technically has lesser frills, not too sure what the marketing says, but no air con in this, unlike allevia or noora which provides a lot more.

more of a different target market - noora/allevia more for larger families or investors who wants lesser headaches from reno, hence more provided at a cost. connaught targets more newer and younger and possibly first timers. so cost per sqft is lower, lesser is provided, maintenance also i believe would be cheaper.

deliver project is one thing
when not enough owner staying in a completed condo
good luck collecting maintenance fees to keep the condo running
*
then u make sure u have a solid n reliable developer. they'll still bear the unsold properties maintenance fees.
