it has been so many years and rebrand few times ad, just like viva homes previously known as UE3

a place with 5-6 condos/apartment smack together will not be a golden location

nearest golden location is taman maluri velocity, then higher tier is trx klcc there golden triangle

There will come a time where KL landbank have reach its limit, and probably that time only they will consider tearing it down.
But that time has not come yet, so the wait continues

Can finish sell in about 1 year plus
