i will just roughly describe them
960SQF - entrance - living hall - balcony (center)
right side one master one bath room, left side 2 room one bath room
but one interesting is many walls are "hackable" so buyer get more flexibility to replan the space
all rooms have windows facing balcony direction
1000sqf more to conventional layout
3 rooms 2 bath room one sides then living room balcony another side, less hackable walls
all rooms have windows facing balcony direction as well, except the small room facing another side (1000sqf are corner lots)
