Used to be having traffic lights at the bottom of the sewage pond to allow Uturn. Thx to Suka construction, the traffic lights were removed.

Best to use Waste or Goggle Map to exit.
Alternatively turn into the Sell petro stn and make a Uturn there to follow most vehicles to exit.

If the main road is referring to Jln Ceras then yes. This an existing road just besides Ceras Sentre. Waste or Goggles Map will tell.

This ConNaughty One has no direct access to the existing SUKA entrance. Either to ramp at Ala Damai or opposite Ambe ("detour")..

From ConNaughty site to Jln Ceras, no need detour.
Just follow the way to Ceras Sentre building and exit to Jln Ceras at the side of the building.

Not sure in future if Sunrice blocks it/fences up or not (so resi cannot access).

If one observes SUKA's construction progress at Ala Damai, it is still half baked. Not all concrete are fully joined as of last week. Not sure how SUKA can help ConNaughty sales

For those taking MRT, this gate is a great point.
There is a wall between this entrance and gateC. So commuters just need to walk a few steps.
If the dev plans to build a bridge then it will be fully covered from the building to MRT stn. Lagi best.

As for vehicle traffic, this road in between the said entrance and gateC has 2 lanes but only one direction ramping down to Ceras Sentre. So it will ease the traffic leaving ConNaughty.

But it doesn't help traffic coming into the said entrance.
For now, the internal road from the Phenix shoplots to this ConNaughty ie another entrance, is the only enabler to ease the traffic.

but one interesting is many walls are "hackable" so buyer get more flexibility to replan the space

In general, facing Anix may sacrify view and/or privacy

Facing Anix means facing west, embracing sun set.
So with Anix blocking (if and only if orientation is correct) the sun set, it filters some heat and it is not completely a bad thing.
Suggest to visit the site in an afternoon and feel the "heat".

Traffic is surely mad around this area since 80s. It got worse every decade. It gets even worse with SUKA construction or/and road work.

But l tot owners are to focus on the MRT connectivity?
Moreover the VP will be few years later(ie not now)
