I don't think sales is bad, perhaps moderate... not every project get snap up... after all it's a 35year loan roughly around RM400k..

Many projects nowadays take 3-4years to sell 80-90%
Unless a ton of small unit investment oriented then yes, would likely get snapped up within 6-9months..

If deep inside can sellout also depend on many factors lo, amount of surrounding projects, total unit, product intention and many more factors
Not easy hahaha
By the way curious for CO1, what is the cheaper price like for the 2R unit and what is the package like...
Hearsay the cheapest unit is around RM360k is it?

You know how many hundred thousands of fresh grad enter the market every year that is full of youth spirit that just wanna prove themselves?
I've seen countless Young generation are very emotional nowadays, prioritizing emotion to make a decision rather than facts & logic

Usually ownstay unit will take much longer to sell out... 3-4years ba... if investment everybody sure think earn money so sell out fast

For ownstay, personally I'll prefer a not too prime project, slowly sell is fine... project got no investment/airbnb potential units will give a much better ownstay environment

A bit slow considering this is a TOD, Investment/Ownstay product.
But not to say very slow.
If this is a project designed for ownstay, then the result is quite good!
