Yes you can see last time those agency everyone blow about this factory project, hard sell kuat kuat.. huge difference with the experience if you visit CO1 showroom ..but yala. Ppl say close to Sold out ma..talk with numbers ok lor

pricing and location is a big factor

co1 surrounding ad many units summore same positioning in terms of pricing and layout

not to mention co2 later which need to compete against own ppl on renting
u see studio type the first one to sold out, those who bought studio 90% is for investment one rolleyes.gif

ID package is RM25k. If you opt out, they will rebate another RM25k.

I take up the ID package because I don't think I can fully furnished it with ID design for RM25k 3-4 years later.

You are speaking from a person that is active in the property industry, no doubt full of experience haha!

You know how many hundred thousands of fresh grad enter the market every year that is full of youth spirit that just wanna prove themselves?
I've seen countless Young generation are very emotional nowadays, prioritizing emotion to make a decision rather than facts & logic

Usually ownstay unit will take much longer to sell out... 3-4years ba... if investment everybody sure think earn money so sell out fast

For ownstay, personally I'll prefer a not too prime project, slowly sell is fine... project got no investment/airbnb potential units will give a much better ownstay environment

Do your maths..14.6% = 195 units

Now sold 660+ units.. so the balance units higher chance for own stay.. your statement means those projects sold 90% in a years are all bought by investors, guru , group buy etc
