You seem very active here, any chance you know the 15retail lot is sold or managed by the developer?

Do your maths..14.6% = 195 units

Now sold 660+ units.. so the balance units higher chance for own stay.. your statement means those projects sold 90% in a years are all bought by investors, guru , group buy etc
*
i think many ppl buy 2 rooms also for investment rolleyes.gif

anyway 660 units still got 600+ units to go rolleyes.gif

What is your thought on the 2-Room unit as investment, seeing that the layout is rather new... 1 toilet for sharing & kitchen by the balcony

many buy 2 rooms unit and partition into 3 rooms
cuz 3 rooms partition into 4 rooms is too much

as long as a condo is near mrt, usually will be more to investment oriented

Now is illegal to do a partition if the address if in KL, if someone complain DBKL will issue a summon and still force to tear it down.

Unfortunately type B 2 rooms unit are the low sales one due to 1 bathroom only, you can still choose a nice unit for type B it means not too many bought 2 rooms for investment 😄

Sales agent kuat. If you appoint 1000 agents, 1% close rate also can sell 10 per month.

And more commission given the more kuat agents become. Many projects in the market now and UEM didn’t bother to appoint external agents. I guess they are not worried since they are solid.

Fully sold or not also they have no issues delivering the project. The same can’t be said about small developers.

End of the day even nonsense price in the middle of nowhere also got ppl buy. CO1 got MRT no need to worry.

deliver project is one thing
when not enough owner staying in a completed condo
good luck collecting maintenance fees to keep the condo running
