Dover, Malaysia brand OEM from China?

Usually lift problem is EOL and no spare parts and support. It’s not a very high tech thing, but if no more parts then you’re forced to do modernization and replace the whole thing.

Which is just a scam to make you change lifts.

Boeing 747 is still in service today and the plane flew its first commercial flight in 1970, so that’s 55 years and counting.

Whereas lifts haven’t hit 20 years have to “modernize” the entire thing.

Lifts are not more complex than a 747.

Aircraft operator adhered to schedule maintenance. d check literally rebuild the whole aircraft. hence, aircraft could operate for many decades.

how many building management maintain lift according to manufacturer recommendation? typical malaysian would engaged third party for maintenance and complaint couldn't get original spare parts.

You don’t maintain the lift
You can’t get permit to operate by DOSH.

If the lift EOL by manufacturer, nobody got parts, not even the manufacturer themselves after their inventory runs out.

TBH China brands might fare better if it’s a major big brand. If they EOL, many third party will manufacture the parts as long as there’s demand.

I manage to find vacuum hose for a National vacuum cleaner from China.

The Condo project looks nice on a higher piece of land. But the shopping mall in-front of the condo, needs to bring in new tenant to be vibrant, perhaps Universities/Colleges, etc. The parking design is also said to be confusing.

useless

the issue started from the M developer sliced the OG phoenix plaza into cheras sentral and hotel

weird layout, big pillar in front of shoplot

have u ever seen big pillar in front of shoplot? the pillar hides the shoplot from people's view

also, LG floor is telco dead spot

once u enter, u just go into another world laugh.gif laugh.gif

also exit and entrance out of nowhere

got MRT also dead, no chance

solution? buy the entire land, abolish once and for all

Not easy to tear down the mall as most of the shoplots are sold separately to different owners. Best solution is still to refurbish the mall where all the owner's financial interest is aligned.

Since it will be a golden location in future with so many people living in that area.
