Are you sure it's Deco M9? Deco M9 2-pack is RM800-900. Deco M4 2-pack is RM350-390.

May be i see wrong, could be Deco M5 only. Similar to what i have. Short round mesh wifi. Will reconfirm if i get it. But hopefully i dont have to take it.

RM139 easy to get by just call them up and ask for it. Even adding the deco it should only add another RM15 per month for 2 years.

I just know from contractor. If ur area don't have port, how to get it instantly is subscribe to 300mbps. Then they will come and fix for u.

Sorry means they can come and set up the port instantly. No waiting like 30mbps or 100mbps

I checked with CS due to RM20 reconnection fees charges in my bill and here what they told me. Last time dunning suspended, I went to paid, nothing like these happen but now they charge me for it.

dunning suspended but still can use. Can anyone explain the term dunning suspended? As I google last time, this is somekind of warning before they suspend your line. Please correct me if this is wrong.

Dont BOOM me for late payment, everyone have their hardtime for COVID so do I. I know is my fault but I felt cheated. Line is never suspended and I need to pay for reconnection fees.

In my case, I was on 100mbps RM129 and they offered upgrade to 300mbps for RM139 minus hypptv pack, which I gladly took.

already changed to use google dns, but at home dashboard, still getting tm dns.. already rebooted the wifi router as well..
