last week saw Annual Fee RM75 in MC
called CS request waiver, asked to spend RM300, ok can swipe to get AF waived no problem

it seems 1st 3 yrs no AF so i also forgotten about that MC. Now AF starts.

But CS said that MC had been blocked due to reported card loss some time ago. actually the card is not lost, is here with me.

To swipe i need to get replacement card and pay RM50, cannot waive this penalty RM50.

what logic card sudah blocked , cant use, no replacement , Affin charged RM75 for Annual fee now???

card/account cannot have outstanding. since the card cannot terminate, you'll need to ensure card outstanding is always cleared, regardless of card status.

most probably you can avoid is cancel the whole duo cards and try ask cs to cancel the af/sst/fees

Any idea why am i not getting full CB?

your last transaction 13/10 posted on the same date as your statement date
will be awarded in the subsequent statement

But just rm3 missing.

Transactions posted 14/9-13/10: total RM900
You got CB on 14/10: RM27

[Statement balance 14/10: 400+500+500-27 = 1373]

Transactions posted 14/10-13/11: so far RM500 (as per statement 14/10)
You just need to spend +RM500 by 12/11 (must be posted on or before 13/11) then you will get RM30 CB on 14/11.

well, if you have no other transactions in this statement
perhaps u should check whether there is/are transaction(s) posted on 14/09/24

actually, your new balance RM 1,373 + cash rebate RM 27 = RM 1,400 (spending)
RM 500 posted on statement date, which will be eligible in subsequent statement
so yeah RM 900 x 3% = RM 27

4 yrs ago cant remember...but Affin said i activated card and reported card lot last year...
could be card activated i tried to neutralise it bohong them card hilang...thought tak boleh kena A Fee...mana tahu kena juga.

Affin last time has this bug that will deactivate your account if you don't login through WEB BROWSER for a period of time (3 months+?)

Made me need to go to their office physically to thumb print in order to activate =.=

So now making a habit to login once a month..
