2. I applied the CC and activate ebanking at MyTown branch, so far ok without problem. Didn't collect card in the branch though.

applied Affin Duo through their website yesterday. submitted around 5pm
and received email notification + WhatsApp msg from Affin cc staff around 5.10pm asking for docs.
sent the required docs this morning. pretty efficient so far,

harap2 application approved.

may i know when u submitted all the doc? cause i submitted on 30/10 though agent, yesterday follow up still pending according to the agent, although being informed result will be within 14 day

I've asked customer service this question before, the answer is to start spending from Nov 2024  to avoid the annual fee being charged on Nov 2025 according to customer service.

Nov 2024 - third-year annual fee (waived)
Nov 2025 - fourth-year annual fee (waived with a minimum of 12 swipes before Nov 2025)

i had the same issue earlier....called CS and told me to add symbol in your password setting (any symbol except *). You try & see!

ya, i also wanna confirm this, cos public bank quantum card, wave with pin still entitle cashback.
but i saw some comment here said not for duo+.

please share if anyone have experience wave with pin, is eligible with cashback / no cashback. thanks.

See if you get charge of Annual Fee as you don't swipe 12x/year to get AF waiver.

I actived my Visa 20 sept 2020. Master card still in drawer without active.

No, I was much later in 2021. If you search earlier posts, you will get the autoactivation thingy.

Either the officer said wrong or you heard wrong. AF is waived for 3 years.

won't be a problem if the fees are shown in the statement
RM 75 is still manageable in my opinion
