After walking out from the branch, I immediately called CS to cancel it as I found it weird that I have to wait 6-months to cancel a card that I didn't apply.
Earlier today I called again to pressure them on the cancellation process.
The CS said that the card had been blocked and cancellation is already in progress. It will take 7-14 days.
I insisted asking why can't immediately cancel the card that I didn't apply. She politely apologies and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Aiyo, guess I'm not the only one. Probably there's more out there.

Anybody saw this campaign? Seems there's lifetime waiver with no condition. The eligibility criteria makes it sound like anybody in good standing will get it? Anybody can shed some light on this?

2. DUO Visa
3. DUO master

first statement should also reward cash back, check the posting date
but yes, it will be restricted to RM30 only since the previous balance is 0

I'm just surprised that the first statement issuance so fast, I though it will be the usual 30days usage.
