yes, must be on time (due date), no grace period

yes, possible to get it waived but must clear all o/s immediately, then only they consider to waive the finance charge.
mine was late 1 day (after due date) sweat.gif

usually if you clear all o/s and call cs request appeal to waive both late payment and finance charge, mostly will get.
but must do immediately and reason state forget and no sms reminder received

Cannot lerr, just called the CS. I late one day also. Cleared all o/s before calling them. They dont bother to ask me to clear the o/s also. Just said “no mam, no waiver even 1 day”. Mentioned forgot la, no sms reminder. She dont buy it.

usually first time is more lenient for waiver.

tried different CS?

push them more.
give them some pressure.
if the CS unable to or unwilling to solve the problem, ask for his/her name and request talk to their superior

Just called again spoke to different CS, told her this is my first time, and i thought it would have grace period like other banks, begging for like 10mins lol. She finally help to submit the request and subject to approval.

Transactions posted 14/9-13/10: total RM900
You got CB on 14/10: RM27

[Statement balance 14/10: 400+500+500-27 = 1373]

Transactions posted 14/10-13/11: so far RM500 (as per statement 14/10)
You just need to spend +RM500 by 12/11 (must be posted on or before 13/11) then you will get RM30 CB on 14/11.

well, if you have no other transactions in this statement
perhaps u should check whether there is/are transaction(s) posted on 14/09/24 :lol2:

actually, your new balance RM 1,373 + cash rebate RM 27 = RM 1,400 (spending)
RM 500 posted on statement date, which will be eligible in subsequent statement
so yeah RM 900 x 3% = RM 27

refer to #7883

Okok u are right. I had a transaction of rm400 on 21/09.
U guys so geng haha. Thanks
