I picked up my cards last week from a branch. I asked about creating an online account and I was told everything can be done online.
I failed to do it today. I called the CS and the CS asked me to go to the branch again to create an online account. It's so frustrating. |

Reported fraud transaction too.
Only sent a sms to inform card was blocked for further usage. Not even a call from CS. |
