Got the regular Affin Duo cards by post today after applying for them at a nearest branch. Took less than 14 working days, so yay?

Just got off the phone with CS, cos I noticed card was blocked (can't use). After confirming that I was trying to use the card on both Amazon JP and Rakuten, they called back to ask me if I had used it on a third transaction on a site I had not heard of before on a date I could've sworn I haven't done anything, they had to block the card and I'm getting a replacement..

Props to them for being alert?

They were gonna unblock after I confirmed the first 2 transactions, but after I was hesitant about the third online transaction (no money amount charged, a bit of a red flag), they had no choice but to block it and send replacement.

If only I had received some transaction notification...?

But yeah, better be safe than sorry. Just that now I gotta change payment method for the 2 legit transactions now. Cis.
