How do you get the one with one time charge? Visit TNB's kiosk or??

You need to call their CS. Then they will email you the form to fill out. Once form filled out and submitted, the change should take effect within 24 hours.

Do take note if you are using your own router, you will need to manually reconfigure the WAN mode from PPPOE to Automatic IP/DHCP once the change is made on their end.

Any routing or stability issues?

After switching from TIME to Allo City Broadband back in July, routing/slowness issue with services that I use now resolved. However your mileage may vary.

I'm using time at the moment, having issues with China websites as it will take a long time to load
Thinking about getting Allo for my kampung's house and VPN back as my contract with Maxis will end this December and so far their promo plans are bad when comparing to Unifi
However, after all those routing issues back in 2020, I'm not going to grab Unifi again

The only game I've been having high ping on since 2020 is League of Legends (PC) on the Singapore server. My ping is around 80-100ms because of their upstream routing from Malaysia to Japan to Singapore. Allo told me they won't fix this issue because I'm the only one who's complained about it and because of budget constraints.
I'm using public IP now because before this the CGNAT have high latency on Cloudflare DNS and other high latency issues. I'm not sure what the condition of the CGNAT is now.

For your case. Better escalate to mcmc. Then only they will take your complaint seriously.

Note to take down their ticket number for mcmc reference.

I did escalate to mcmc after my online gaming CSGO have ping spikes from time to time.

Allo has started deploying FDP in my area now. TIME came first. Now allo, next should be maxis.

Seberang Jaya, Penang. I see them expanding everywhere from sunway to chai leng park to my taman. My taman is the first one I see to have FDP and FDC. Maxis and TIME is also expanding in similar area. My taman got TIME 2-3 months ago. Maxis is also doing work here.
