Has anyone here applied for the "Xtra Vaganza Triple the Speed for 100Mbps and Xtra Vaganza Double the Speed for 500Mbps " ?

Rm99 get 300Mbps while Rm139 gets 1Gbps.
Both for 24 months.

Yes I’m currently using it. Rm 99 300mbps for 24 months contract then it will auto drop back to 100mbps @ RM 99. They provide Az-Tech AX1800 WiFi6 or TP-Link AX20 AX1800 WiFi6.

While RM 139 gets 1Gbps 24 months contract then revert back to 500mbps speed @ RM 139. They provide 2 unit AX1800 mesh WiFi6.

ALLO is using PPPoE authentication and no longer using Dyanmic IP as previously does.

Yes, I just applied for the RM139@1Gbps few days ago. Had the on-site technician to help me setup everything. So far so good. No complains about the service..Just noticed that having slow internet when browsing international sites ..Apparently its not just citybroadband, other ISPs been experiencing the same thing for the past few weeks. Anyone here experience this same issue as well?

Are you able to max out your download to 1Gbps on gaming clients like STEAM, EPIC STORE, EA APP, etc. ?

Sometime it depends on steam server. Good times I able to get 500mbps download speed (still using 500mbps package)

Yes i was able to hit close to 125MB/s. But it all depends on the steam server and the internet traffic.

Only for 24 months. I assume it will revert back to original monthly price afterwards.

After 24 months, they will revert back to the original speed and maintain its price. By that time probably you can checkout their latest offer. RM 99 originally speed is 100MBps and RM 139 originally speed is 500MBps.

Allo and Their Never-Ending Payment System Issues

I've been dealing with recurring issues with Allo's payment system, and it's getting pretty frustrating.

First Incident:
Back in May 2023, I used the Allo app to make a payment. The transaction went through the Razer Payment System, and I got a confirmation email from Razer. But the payment never showed up in the Allo Selfcare system. I had to email their technical support with all the proof, and they resolved it in 2 working days.

Second Incident:
Fast forward to June 2024, I made a payment on the Allo website. The funds were taken from my bank account, but the Razer Payment System crashed, and I didn't get a confirmation email. I had to follow up with their technical support again, and this time it took them 21 working days to fix it.

It's really concerning to see these issues keep happening, especially with such a long resolution time for the second incident. I hope Allo can get their payment system sorted out soon.

P.S. For those who might say, "I've never had this issue," just because it hasn't happened to you doesn't mean it hasn't happened to others.

I'd be pissed if that happened to me. 21 days is way too long. For that long, they should be compensating something for you.
Personally never used their app to make payment, always used JOMPAY. I still use the app/selfcare portal to generate the bills and retrieve the payment receipt though.

Lately I noticed the connection resets at least 2 or 3 times in a week between 9:45pm and 10:15pm. Been having 2nd thoughts of continuing the service with them come November. Thinking of downgrading to TIME 200Mbps.

Maybe you should pay through the TNB kiosk, which is better than the razor system.

No, I don't have time to deal with that. Everything is online nowadays. ALLO should have fixed their problematic online payment system or terminate Razer as their payment system supplier.

I've never had these kinds of issues with any other services like Air Selangor, Indah Water, U Mobile, Digi, Maxis, Celcom, TM, Yes 5G, or even TNB itself.

Only ALLO has this issue.

Yeah I hate the Razer Payment gateway too(Now rebranded as Fiuu). Had similar issue when paying with credit card some time ago. Luckily it didn't charge my credit card when their payment gateway crapped out after I completed Secure 3D verification.

They should definitely ditch that payment gateway for a more competent one.
